Job Purpose:

  • To provide actionable insights by analyzing Corporate NOC operational data and performance metrics, ensuring service reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for monitoring network and system KPIs, generating performance reports, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making through data-driven analysis. This position enables the Corporate NOC to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and maintain compliance with service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze Corporate NOC data, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure service reliability and efficiency.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Manage and maintain databases related to corporate clients, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security of information.
  • Support corporate clients by providing timely insights, reports, and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize NOC operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support proactive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in incident and problem analysis by providing relevant data and performance insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate NOC through effective data utilization.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications

Work Experience:

  • 1–3 years in data handling and analytics.

Skills – Generic:

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work in 24/7 shift environment under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Skilled in managing and maintaining databases for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Proficiency in BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for creating performance dashboards.
