Position: Corporate Onboarding Specialist & Channel Researcher

【Role Summary】 We are looking for a proactive specialist to handle Corporate Onboarding (KYC) and Payment Channel Sourcing. You will be responsible for researching global fintech solutions and managing the account opening process.

【Responsibilities】

• Channel Sourcing (Research): Actively search for and evaluate new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), EMIs, and Neo Banks globally. Conduct feasibility studies on their onboarding requirements.
• Onboarding Execution: Manage the end-to-end account opening process for platforms like Airwallex, WorldFirst, and Wise. Prepare and review corporate documents (CI, M&A, Register of Directors).
• Compliance Communication: Communicate directly with external Compliance/KYC teams in English to resolve queries regarding corporate structure and source of funds.

【Requirements】

• Language: Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin/Cantonese will be a plus point.
• Skills: Strong research skills with the ability to find solutions independently. Familiarity with company formation documents (HK, BVI, US, etc.) is a plus.
• Mindset: Result-oriented and self-motivated. Able to work without detailed supervision.
• Must have experience in payment service company in the past
