Position Overview


We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Corporate Operations Associate / Coordinator to join our team in HYBE America. This multifaceted position requires a dynamic professional who can support and drive the corporate efficiency, scalability, and performance of the company’s core business operations between various entities and regions including US, Latin America, Korea, Japan, etc. This role oversees ensuring that corporate systems, resources, and teams are aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of improving cross-functional coordination and implementing best-in-class operational practices.


Key Responsibilities


  • Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that support company growth and profitability goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Labels and Solutions, Finance, HR, Legal, PR, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Corporate Project Assistance: Support planning, tracking, and execution of corporate projects and initiatives across the regions.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with the global and corporate policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
  • Investment and Post-Merger-Integration Support : Conduct market research, industry benchmarking to help evaluate investment opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution. Support coordinations between the subsidiaries and HQ (including HYBE America, HYBE HQ, and HYBE Japan) to align strategic priorities and operating/commercial synergies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or Music industry.
  • 1~5 years of experience in operations, business management, finance or various music/entertainment industry roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Music business experience is a plus

Salary Range


The salary range for this job is $70,000 to $80,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
