Pay: $85,000 – $105,000 DOE

We're looking for a HR Manager to lead people operations at a growing transportation company. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep knowledge of labor laws, ADP payroll systems, and employee relations. If you're experienced in handling HR compliance, managing sensitive employment matters, and building a strong workplace culture — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations

• Manage payroll through ADP with accuracy and confidentiality

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws

• Address and resolve employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and legal claims

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and performance management

• Maintain updated policies, procedures, and employee records

• Lead compliance training and communication across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (transportation/logistics industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA, OSHA, wage/hour rules, etc.

• Experience with ADP or similar payroll/HRIS platforms

• Professional, organized, and solution-oriented

• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
