The Role

As a Corporate Procurement Manager , you will lead strategic procurement operations to secure cost-effective, high-quality goods and services while ensuring compliance, sustainability, and supply chain resilience. This role balances cost optimization, risk mitigation, and ethical sourcing to support operational excellence, managing vendor relationships and organizational goals.

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As a Purchasing Manager, you will need to:



Strategic Procurement Leadership

  • Define and execute group-wide procurement strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning, sustainability mandates, and long-term development pipeline.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for high-value hospitality categories including FF&E, OS&E, F&B, and third-party service contracts.
  • Oversee procurement planning for new developments, coordinating with pre-opening teams, design, project management, and brand operations.


Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to procurement governance frameworks, brand procurement policies, and regulatory compliance across all hospitality projects.
  • Implement supplier risk assessment models and due diligence procedures to ensure ethical sourcing, quality control, and resilience in global supply chains.
  • Support corporate ESG and localization goals through responsible sourcing, supplier diversity, and sustainable logistics.


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the strategic business partner to hotel GMs, corporate operations, design & development teams, culinary leadership, and asset managers.
  • Lead procurement steering committees and act as a procurement advisor for executive-level decision-making on capital allocation and vendor strategy.
  • Manage cross-departmental engagement to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured delivery of goods and services.


Performance & Technology Enablement

  • Optimize the procurement operating model by leveraging ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, BirchStreet) and e-sourcing tools.
  • Establish centralized procurement analytics dashboards to report spend visibility, contract performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Lead cost optimization and benchmarking strategies to enhance profitability across all operating units.


Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team across properties and corporate functions.
  • Build procurement capabilities across pre-opening teams, fostering a culture of cost discipline, innovation, and service excellence.



Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or supply chain.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in managerial or cluster-level role within luxury hospitality or a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement systems like SAP S4Hana. Advantage for Birchstreet experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or Sun systems is preferred.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage large-scale payroll operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple properties.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an asset.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
