Corporate Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to be assigned to our Istanbul office, who will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of quality management systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of quality management systems,
• Define, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and objectives,
• Ensure that quality assurance processes are understandable and applicable by all stakeholders,
• Manage reporting and documentation processes related to quality management systems,
• Organize and manage internal and external quality audits,
• Conduct analyses regarding quality objectives and performance indicators, and implement necessary corrective actions,
• Verify compliance of quality management system practices with defined standards,
• Provide recommendations for the continuous improvement and enhancement of quality assurance processes,
• Organize training and awareness activities to increase employees’ knowledge of quality management systems,
• Ensure and maintain collaboration and communication regarding quality management systems both within the organization and externally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Chemical Engineering,
• Experienced in quality systems (especially ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, and ESG),
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience,
• Advanced level of English,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Strong follow-up and control skills,
• Team-oriented,
• Excellent communication skills.
