Corporate Receptionist

Our client within the Financial Services industry is looking for a Receptionist to manage their front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls through the main phone line.
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services, including unpacking and organizing all incoming office supplies.
  • Coordinate catering and conference room setups for meetings with external visitors, team lunches, etc.
  • Maintaining the reception area and reception kitchen for guests and visitors.
  • Oversee the ordering of staff business cards.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
