•Leads end-to-end recruitment by developing tailored strategies for open roles in close partnership with hiring managers.
•Sources and screens candidates across multiple channels, presenting strong profiles with clear summaries.
•Drives continuous improvement in the recruitment process, supports offer negotiations, and ensures accurate tracking through performance metrics and reports.
•Builds strong industry networks and market insights to attract top talent. Performs additional duties aligned with business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
•Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate environment. Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
•Proactive and results-driven mindset. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
•Advanced English level (B2 minimum) and exceptional negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
