Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and cater to corporate clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term clients.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
4. Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Traits:
