Key Responsibilities:
Account Development: Cultivate and expand key accounts to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Utilize advanced CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships effectively.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with confidence and precision.
Business Expansion: Acquire new accounts and build strategic partnerships to broaden our market reach.
Proposal Preparation: Develop compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs) tailored to client needs.
Client Retention: Deliver exceptional value and service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Opportunity Identification: Proactively seek new business opportunities to drive consistent growth.
Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure sustained success.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate sales, preferably within the travel industry.
Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and advanced sales techniques.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Language: Fluency in Arabic is essential.
Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai.
