Corporate Sales (Female)

Position Overview:

The Corporate Sales is responsible for driving B2B sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing long-term client relationships. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to corporate clients, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate is confident, presentable, and goal-driven, with a strong network and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Target Prospects:

Research and identify potential corporate clients. Understand their needs and match them with the company's offerings.

  • Develop Sales Strategies:

Plan and execute effective sales campaigns to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and close sales deals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal status. Prepare regular performance and pipeline reports for management.

  • Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B or corporate sales experience. Experience in same industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Additional Requirement:
