Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate sales growth by targeting MNCs, large corporates, Pharma & IT companies.
- Own end-to-end account management including onboarding, execution, and post-sale coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, orders, and client deliverables by working closely with internal teams. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and cold/warm outreach. - Understand and pitch digital / tech-enabled reward solutions (API, platforms, digitization use cases).
- Focus on long-term relationship building and repeat business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–4 years of relevant Corporate Sales & Account Management experience.
- Strong exposure to execution-heavy roles (not just lead generation).
- Existing connectivity with large corporates, MNCs, and Pharma is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of digitization, platforms, and tech-enabled solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Start-up or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
