Your Role:

As a Corporate Sales Officer, you will:
Identify and develop new corporate clients through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and lead follow-up
Pitch customized HR, Training, and Recruitment solutions to decision-makers (HR Heads, Learning & Development Managers, CEOs)
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Collaborate with the delivery and consulting teams to design impactful proposals
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in HR, training, or consulting industry)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-driven and goal-oriented with a consultative selling mindset
Based in UAE with valid driving license (preferred)
