Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Identify and acquire new corporate clients, including multinational companies, government entities, and SMEs.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop customized rental and leasing solutions that cater to diverse client needs.

Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing policies, and market expansion plans.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge in the mobility market.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of corporate sales experience
, ideally within the
automotive, car rental, or leasing sector with p
roven experience in supervising and guiding a sales team.

Fluent in both Arabic and English
(spoken and written) – essential for client engagement.

Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
-
In-depth understanding of Qatar’s corporate and mobility landscape.
-
Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
