Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients, including multinational companies, government entities, and SMEs.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop customized rental and leasing solutions that cater to diverse client needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, pricing policies, and market expansion plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to maintain a competitive edge in the mobility market.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate sales experience , ideally within the automotive, car rental, or leasing sector with p roven experience in supervising and guiding a sales team.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – essential for client engagement.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Qatar’s corporate and mobility landscape.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
