SALES MANAGER - HVAC & Refrigeration Spare Parts Supplies Division

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our HVAC & Refrigeration Spare Parts Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and achieving business growth within Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the company’s HVAC & refrigeration spare parts sales portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC & refrigeration spare parts sales within Qatar.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Must be under 35 years of age.
• Good knowledge of the Qatari market and existing client network preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
