Job Description: Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential or commercial property sales, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for achieving results.

A valid driving license and personal car are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties across Doha.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated record of sold and available listings.
• Stay informed about the latest market trends, pricing, and real estate developments in Qatar.
• Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
• Proven track record of closed or sold properties.
• Valid Qatari driving license and personal vehicle (Preferred).
• Currently residing in Doha, Qatar.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Qatari real estate market is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Compensation:

• Basic Salary + Attractive Commission
