Position: Real Estate Salesperson
Location: Doha, Qatar

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing real estate company. The successful candidate will have strong experience in the Qatar real estate market and a solid network of clients and property contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Source and list new inventory through professional relationships with landlords, developers, and agents.
• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and report results.
• Work closely with management to develop sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred).
• Established professional network within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid Qatar driving license.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission on closed deals.
