We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Agent to work with a leading real estate firm in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, referrals, and networking opportunities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.
  • Stay up to date with Qatar’s real estate market trends, regulations, and property laws.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive client and property database.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales; prior experience in the Qatar market is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
