Role Overview:
The
Corporate Services Manager
will play a strategic leadership role in establishing and managing a new Group-wide function responsible for delivering efficient, reliable, and compliant support services across Raibal Holding.
This role will oversee and integrate Administration & Facilities, Fleet Management, Travel & Hospitality, Government Relations (PRO), Insurance Management, and Warehouse Governance ensuring seamless coordination and service excellence across all subsidiaries. You will be instrumental in building this function from the ground up, introducing standardized processes, cost-effective systems, and governance frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and enable the Group’s long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Set Up & Structure:

Establish Corporate Services as a Group-wide standalone function.

Establish clear sub-functions within Corporate Services, including PR/Admin, Fleet, Travel & Hospitality, Insurance Management, and Warehouse Management.

Harmonize and transition fragmented support responsibilities into Corporate Services
.
Group Operations Management:
-
Administration & Facilities
: Oversee leases, utilities, office management, access control, and record keeping.

Fleet Management
: Maintain centralized vehicle registry, allocation, insurance, servicing, and utilization across subsidiaries.

Travel & Hospitality
: Manage Group-wide travel requirements, bookings, visas, delegations, and hospitality arrangements.

Government Relations (PRO)
: Ensure compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and commercial laws; manage trade licences, visas, permits, and GPSSA.

Insurance Management
: Centralize insurance programs, renewals, compliance, and reporting for all entities.

Warehouse Governance
: Establish Group standards for custody, audits, reconciliations, and inventory controls.
Governance & Standards:

Define and implement Group-wide SOPs, SLAs, and service catalogues to ensure consistency across subsidiaries.

Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, corporate governance standards, and internal policies.

Build monitoring frameworks, MIS, and KPIs to track performance across Corporate Services domains.
Reporting & Performance:

Provide regular reporting and dashboards to the Group CEO and leadership team on key operational.

Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, service delivery, and cost effectiveness.

Conduct periodic reviews to assess performance and introduce corrective measures.
Financial & Vendor Management:

Manage Group-wide budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships for Corporate Services.

Leverage scale to negotiate Group-level agreements and cost efficiencies across entities.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service quality standards
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of progressive experience in corporate services, administration, or operations management.
-
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or group-level role managing multi-entity operations.

Proven experience in setting up shared services or centralized support functions.

In-depth understanding of UAE regulatory, labour, immigration, and insurance frameworks.

Strong financial acumen, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
-
UAE or GCC experience is essential; fluency in English is required (Arabic is an advantage).
