Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of company formation in Dubai and across the UAE, including Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions. This role requires a dynamic professional who can generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships while ensuring a smooth company setup process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients interested in setting up businesses in Dubai/UAE (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore).
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable company formation options.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end process of business setup, including licensing, documentation, visa processing, and banking assistance.
• Collaborate with internal departments (legal, PRO, admin) to ensure smooth client onboarding and compliance with UAE laws.
• Stay updated with UAE regulatory changes and provide clients with up-to-date information on company formation procedures and fees.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare performance reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the company formation or corporate services industry in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company structures and regulations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• UAE driving license is preferred.
