Sartoria Di Ambassador is Pakistan’s premier bespoke tailoring house and luxury menswear authority, serving heads of state, diplomats, senior government officials, business leaders, celebrities, and elite clientele locally and internationally.

Led by Master Tailor Sarfaraz Akbar, Sartoria Di Ambassador is an internationally awarded brand, recognized at the Milano Su Misura – Arbiter Trophy in Milan, Italy, placing the house among the world’s finest bespoke ateliers. We collaborate with prestigious Italian fabric houses including Loro Piana and Ermenegildo Zegna, representing Pakistani craftsmanship on a global stage.

As part of our next growth phase, we are building a high-calibre Corporate & Strategic Accounts Division to drive large-scale B2B, institutional, and international business.

Role Overview

This is not a retail sales role.

We are hiring refined, articulate, and commercially sharp professionals to represent Sartoria Di Ambassador at the highest corporate and institutional levels. The role focuses exclusively on external business development, strategic relationship building, and conversion of high-value B2B accounts.

You will engage directly with CEOs, country heads, senior management, diplomats, procurement leaders, and institutional decision-makers, positioning Sartoria Di Ambassador as their long-term wardrobe and apparel partner.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard corporate, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, diplomatic, and government clients

Generate business exclusively from external sources (corporate meetings, institutional visits, strategic introductions)

Conduct high-level, professional meetings representing a luxury, bespoke brand

Present and close bulk and high-ticket B2B solutions, including:

Corporate & executive wear

Bespoke and semi-bespoke tailoring

Eastern & western formal attire

Casual, ceremonial, and institutional clothing

Uniforms and custom apparel programs

Build and manage long-term strategic accounts, not one-off transactions

Handle end-to-end account management (proposal, coordination, follow-ups, renewals)

Develop strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, and Senior Leadership

Coordinate internally with production, tailoring, operations, and finance teams

Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Maintain brand integrity, discretion, and professionalism at all times

Candidate Profile

We are looking for elite B2B professionals, not conventional sales staff.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / Business Development

Demonstrated ability to bring business from outside through meetings and relationships

Excellent spoken and written English communication

Strong grooming, etiquette, body language, and executive presence

High confidence in client-facing and boardroom-level interactions

Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals

Strong negotiation, probing, and closing skills

Ability to manage accounts independently and professionally

Mobility

Own motorbike (mandatory)

Own car (preferred and a strong advantage)

Cultural Fit

Comfortable operating in elite social and corporate environments

Values long-term partnerships over short-term sales

Preferred Background

Candidates with hands-on experience at luxury, bespoke, or premium fashion houses will be strongly preferred, including but not limited to:

Ahmed Bham, Amir Adnan, Deepak Perwani, HSY, Republic by Omar Farooq, Uomo Attire, A. Moosajee Sons, Lawrencepur, Ensemble Pakistan, Shaffer, Sana Safinaz, Elan, Sania Maskatiya

or similar high-end fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

Additional advantage if you have experience in:

High-ticket B2B or institutional sales

Corporate wardrobe programs

Hospitality, aviation, healthcare, or government accounts
