Corporate Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Trainer who can deliver impactful and engaging training sessions for our teams including Virtual Assistants, Business Development Executives, Sales Agents, and Customer Support Representatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering structured training programs focused on English communication, American accent training, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. The role also requires conducting team building activities and soft skills development programs to enhance collaboration, confidence, and overall workplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional team training sessions on English conversation, American accent, sales skills, and customer service
• Conduct team building activities and soft skills training to improve communication, collaboration, and workplace culture
• Train and coach sales agents, BDEs, VAs, and customer support teams
• Design and develop training materials, modules, and evaluation methods
• Conduct corporate training workshops for professional development
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
• Identify training needs and implement programs to improve team productivity and performance

Training Content and Development

• Design and create effective and engaging training content, presentations, and learning materials
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements
• Develop structured training programs, modules, and learning frameworks
• Implement training evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes
• Assess and measure training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance results

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Linguistics or MBA in Marketing
• Certified Trainer or relevant professional training certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional trainer
• Strong expertise in American Accent Training and English Communication Coaching
• Experience training large groups of sales agents and customer support representatives
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create engaging training environments and motivate teamsIdeal Candidate

Office Hours: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Office Location: Bahria Town Phase-7, Rawalpindi.
