Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver planned training sessions to employees aligned with OD goals.

· Communicate training content clearly and professionally.

· Ensure active participation during training sessions.

· Address trainee queries and provide guidance.

· Follow approved training materials and schedules.

· Share training feedback and completion reports with HR & OD Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree (Organizational Psychology preferred), fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Professional attitude and confidence in training delivery.

· Content and media development.

· Ability to engage employees from different departments.· 0-1 years of training or workshop experience preferred.
