The Position:
Modaxo is seeking a Change Analyst to manage end-to-end change management by creating and executing communication plans and training materials for process updates The candidate will collaborate with Workday, HR and Finance teams to develop strategic sponsorship maps and resistance management plans
Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, prepare and execute communications and training efforts related process changes, including coordination of leadership forums, employee newsletters or alerts, informational sites and manuals, training curriculum, and other related assets
  • Proactively provide input to improve the change management strategy that will ensure effective and efficient communications based on audience / objectives.
  • Collaborate across Workday support team and HR/Finance function to develop and execute communication plans, sponsorship maps, training plans and resistance management plans
  • Measure effectiveness of communication and training to identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional writing skills and creative outlook with strong attention to detail, edit and tone
  • Works independently and can provide high quality solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Creativity in building communication and training assets or change management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • Must be an effective team player and proficiently work with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or similar field
  • Minimum 2 years in training, communications or change management role.
  • Experience in managing internal communications including leadership forums, newsletters, portals and intranet sites
  • Experience in managing change via sponsorship management, communication and training plans.
