Job Description — Training and Development Executive
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field
Role Overview: The Training and Development Executive will drive training business development and execution by identifying learning needs, generating training leads, coordinating with trainers, and delivering impactful development programs. The role bridges corporate learning requirements with structured training solutions and certification initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate training and certification leads and manage them through planning, execution, and post-training follow-up
- Plan and execute corporate-level training programs tailored to organizational learning needs
- Conceptualize and introduce new training ideas, certification programs, and learning initiatives aligned with industry trends
- Plan, organize, and execute webinars, virtual learning sessions, and knowledge-sharing events
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of qualified trainers and subject-matter experts
- Organize trainer meetups and engagement sessions to strengthen the learning network
- Build relationships within the HR and corporate fraternity for partnership opportunities
- Support marketing efforts for training promotions and outreach campaigns
- Generate and manage training leads from prospecting to program execution
- Identify organizational learning needs and propose suitable training solutions
- Develop and structure certification and professional development programs
- Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and participant engagement
- Build and maintain a strong portfolio of trainers and subject-matter experts
- Organize trainer meetups, knowledge-sharing sessions, and HR networking events
- Collaborate with HR teams and corporate clients to customize training programs
- Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback for improvement
- Maintain training records, reports, and program documentation
- Support marketing initiatives for training promotions
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR and Learning & Development practices
- Business development and client relationship skills
- Event coordination and stakeholder management
- Networking and relationship-building capability
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, training consultancy, or L&D roles
- Experience in training lead generation and execution preferred
