Corporate Trainer and Franchise Relations Liaison

Cupbop is seeking an experienced, certified trainer and a franchise relations liaison.

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 base salary DOE

The Job

The person who fills this role will be responsible for creating content and developing aspects of the training program, as well as measuring the effectiveness of the training. Your goal as the trainer will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel while being a culture ambassador leader.

The ideal candidate must be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complex ideas in a simple way to a wide range of crew members and leaders. You must be competent in time management, very organized, and possess expert public speaking skills. You will need to be a charismatic and creative leader who motivates their trainees to retain information with fun, engaging, and effective teaching techniques.

You will also be working with new franchisees to help them with the onboarding process. You will need to be proficient with Google and Microsoft and will need to create and manage multiple folders and files to aid our franchisees with the launching of their locations. You will be a part of the team that upholds all of the Cupbop designs and standards. You will be a main point of contact for new franchisees and will facilitate introductions to multiple departments within Cupbop.

It will also be critical to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate the implementation processes as smoothly as possible. You must be able to work closely with leaders in Operations, Marketing, Design, and Construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Create training content by job duty and leadership levels.

· Champion change management initiatives.

· Oversee and direct training sessions for our leaders and crew members in individual and/or group training sessions face to face or virtually.

  • Oversee and maintain training budgets.
  • Prepare hard and soft copy training materials such as detailed modules, quizzes, videos, and presentations.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and motivating leader-led trainings focused on developing new franchisees and existing crew members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training and delivery processes by soliciting feedback and learning from peers, trainees, franchisees and leadership.
  • Develop and administer training evaluations to gage the effectiveness of training.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new franchisees.
  • Be a main point of contact for and have regular communication with Franchisees.
  • Work on special projects and additional duties as assigned.

· Travel is required and may be last minute when needed.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of training or 4 years as corporate trainer or similar role experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and course-creating software.
  • High EQ and ability to connect with others easily.
  • Strong understanding of process management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous finisher with excellent transparency skills in workflow processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with those in all levels of the organization.
  • Have business acumen and can integrate complex information from multiple sources into a clear concise narrative.
  • Have a positive outlook while supporting and inspiring others. High energy!
  • Innovative and always seeking ways to meet the evolving needs of Cupbop.
  • Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways of accommodating the learning needs of modern learners. Solution-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
