We are a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) in Dubai, specializing in premium inbound travel experiences, MICE, FIT, and luxury leisure segments. Our mission is to deliver world-class travel solutions and personalized service to our global corporate and leisure clients.

To support our growth, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales – Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the UAE inbound travel industry, have a strong network of corporate and B2B clients, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and B2B partners globally for inbound travel to Dubai/UAE.
  • Generate new business leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates and repeat business.
  • Customize travel solutions (packages, experiences, logistics, etc.) based on client needs including MICE, FIT, and leisure segments.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to each client’s requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and Dubai/UAE tourism developments to identify opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events both locally and internationally.
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE inbound travel industry (DMC, tour operator, or corporate travel environment).
  • Strong portfolio and existing network of corporate clients and partners in the GCC, Europe, Asia, or other international markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai/UAE’s tourism offerings, experiences, hotels, and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and travel booking systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, French, German, etc.) are a plus.
  • Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
