Corporate Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients, and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements, including air ticketing (issuing & re-issuing), hotel bookings, car transfers, travel insurance, and meet & assist services.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's travel policy and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance and value.
• Offer consultative advice to clients, utilizing your excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules, low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, destination management, and supplier developments to provide informed recommendations.
• Provide professional and prompt written communication for all email inquiries and confirmations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, welcoming feedback, and contributing to a positive and high-achieving team spirit.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience within a corporate travel environment.
• Must have UAE travel industry experience.
• High proficiency with the Amadeus GDS and familiarity with NDC systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of travel coordination (ticketing, hotels, transfers, insurance).
• Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and package design.
• Exceptional communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
• A detail-oriented, highly organized approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be currently located in the UAE and available for an immediate start or with a maximum 30-day notice period.
