The Role


As Vice President of Marketing & Global Branding , you will serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the commercial vision of Red Sea Global Hospitality. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Sales, Marketing, Communications, Revenue, and Distribution functions across our portfolio of luxury properties and experiences.


Your mission is to elevate Red Sea Global Hospitality as a leading force in global luxury hospitality by building market presence, driving commercial performance, and reinforcing the brand promise of sustainability, cultural richness, and regenerative tourism.


You will play a pivotal role in scaling the commercial organization for growth, aligning internal teams with global market trends, and ensuring delivery against ambitious revenue and brand-building targets.


Key Areas of Responsibilities


Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality leaders continuously innovate to anticipate and exceed the needs of our business, guests, and partners.


1. Commercial Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and lead the overall commercial strategy (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Distribution) across multiple properties and brands.
  • Align strategic goals with financial targets, ESG priorities, and the company’s growth roadmap.
  • Oversee performance metrics, KPIs, and analytics for commercial success across all regions.


2. Sales Growth & Global Market Penetration

  • Build a world-class sales organization focused on strategic accounts, market segmentation, and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive B2B and B2C acquisition strategies in key feeder markets, including the GCC, Europe, Asia, and North America.
  • Lead contracting, pricing, and incentive structures aligned with luxury positioning and volume objectives.


3. Brand Positioning & Marketing Excellence

  • Shape and protect the brand architecture of Red Sea Global Hospitality and its sub-brands.
  • Oversee brand development, creative content, and storytelling across digital and traditional channels.
  • Champion data-driven marketing campaigns, digital innovation, and CRM strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty.


4. Revenue Management & Distribution Strategy

  • Direct the development and optimization of pricing, inventory, and channel strategies to drive maximum RevPAR and GOP.
  • Integrate advanced revenue tools and dynamic pricing models tailored to luxury and lifestyle markets.
  • Strengthen OTA, GDS, and direct distribution strategies, including brand.com and mobile.


5. Communications, PR & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead strategic communications, public relations, and media outreach to position the brand globally.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tourism boards, investment partners, media, influencers, and brand collaborators.
  • Serve as brand spokesperson where required, ensuring alignment with corporate values and national tourism objectives.


6. Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Advance the digital customer journey from awareness to post-stay engagement.
  • Implement marketing technologies, performance analytics, and AI solutions to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Oversee content strategy, SEO/SEM, and personalization across all touchpoints.


7. Leadership, Culture & Talent Development

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed commercial team with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Champion people-first leadership.
  • Lead succession planning, team development, and capability building across all commercial disciplines.


8. Sustainable Growth & ESG Integration

  • Ensure commercial strategies align with Red Sea Global’s regenerative tourism mission and ESG commitments.
  • Drive responsible marketing practices, community engagement, and purposeful partnerships that reflect our values.
