The role will focus on brand activations, content creation, digital marketing, and sales enablement to strengthen Bidfoods presence in the Saudi market.

Core Tasks & Responsibilities

Brand Management & Activations

Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations for assigned brands (e.g., Monin, Illy, Aqua Panna, San Pellegrino, Fever-Tree, Bidfresh).

Coordinate with suppliers, brand principals, and the sales team to ensure consistent brand representation.

Develop and manage POS materials, promotional items, and event branding.

Assist in preparing quarterly brand reports, tracking performance and ROI.

Digital Marketing & Content

Coordinate with creative agencies to develop high-quality content for social media, MyBidfood app, and website.

Plan and manage monthly photoshoots, ensuring brand and product imagery is up to standard.

Monitor social media activity for Bidfood and Bidfresh KSA, ensuring alignment with brand tone and guidelines.

Event Management

Organize and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and hospitality events (e.g., Monin Day, Time Out Awards, Sirha).

Liaise with venues, suppliers, and event partners to ensure smooth execution.

Oversee logistics for booths, sampling, and live demonstrations.

Sales Support & Internal Coordination

Work closely with the commercial team to develop sales tools, presentations, and training materials.

Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and trend updates to support business development.

Assist in loyalty programs, customer engagement initiatives, and CRM activities.

Reporting & Administration

Track and report marketing KPIs, budget usage, and campaign performance.

Maintain the marketing asset library, brand guidelines, and activation calendars.

Ensure compliance with both Bidfood corporate guidelines and brand principal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational & Professional Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, FMCG, or hospitality sectors.

Experience working with international brands and agencies.

Understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
Technical & Industry Knowledge

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Creativity and attention to detail in design and brand execution.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
