Cost Accountant

We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join a company in the F&B Space. As a vital member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in cost control within the F&B sector, and specific experience in Bahrain's F&B landscape, we want to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing company MIS reports and annual audit
• Analyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Collaborate with purchasing and culinary team to optimize procurement processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.

Requirements:

• Experience in forecasting and cost controlling for F&B industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
