We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join a company in the F&B Space. As a vital member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and maximizing profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Main Responsibilities:- Preparing company MIS reports and annual audit
- Analyze food and beverage costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Collaborate with purchasing and culinary team to optimize procurement processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations on cost analysis and budget performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in F&B cost control.
Requirements:- Experience in forecasting and cost controlling for F&B industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
