Role Description

• Prepared detailed production, cost analysis reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making by top management.
• Analyzed variable, and fixed costs to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Perform regular reconciliations of inventory records to identify and resolve discrepancies between the Costing system and physical counts.
• Prepare detailed inventory valuation reports of Rupees Seven Billion Fabric Inventory, including variance analysis, Stock Aging Reports, and key performance indicators for management review. 
• Assist with internal and external audits related to monthly, quarterly and annual inventory Valuation
• Led a team of cost analysts to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for Production & Marketing departments.
• Monitored and reviewed actual fabric costs against budgets, recommending corrective actions to maintain financial performance.
• Conducted monthly financial analysis including MIS Report & Executive Summary , identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing financial strategies.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure cost-efficiency and support financial decision-making.

·    Coordination with IT Department for improvement in current system and development of New Projects.
