Cost Control Engineer

One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join the cost control team for a large-scale development project based in Kocaeli/İzmit.

Job Descrıptıon

Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation studies
Prepare and update BOQs
Conduct cost analyses and prepare reports
Review and report on new unit price analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Advanced level of English
