Cost Control Engineer

Candidate with solid cost control experience will only be considered

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 8 years experience in UAE/GCC
• Hands on experience in Quantity Surveying (Pre contract stage)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review MRQ against budget and check the attachments
• Review PC against S/c provision and/or payment certified
• Review budget change request (BCR) raised by PQS
• Review of agreement against budget and proper allocation of activity codes
• Review Division invoice
• Review item code request
• Review item code creation
• Proper control over Subcontractor payments and Labor payments
• Material reconciliation for permanent materials
• Enter and update S/C agreements in CCS
• Review and process budget change request for Variation/Revision
• Creating CCS resource code (Resource master)
• Prepare Subcontractor provisions
• Analyzing cost trends and forecasts to highlight early deviation from budget
• Assist in preparation the necessary project cost reports coordination Project Quantity Surveyor and Finance Cell
• Review and action as required on internal audit reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
