The client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller / Accounts Inventory Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling costs across the food & beverage operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and control daily food & beverage cost accounting and inventory operations.
  • Prepare cost analysis, variance reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Analyze consumption patterns, wastage, and yield to improve cost efficiency.
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing related to cost and inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to optimize cost control measures.
  • Maintain updated records of recipes, standard costs, and menu pricing.
  • Generate timely reports on cost performance for management decision-making. Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in cost control, inventory, or accounts within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English .
