📊 We’re Hiring | Cost Controller – Citiscape (Riyadh, KSA)

Citiscape is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to join our dynamic team in Riyadh .

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost efficiency across all operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost reports.
• Track project expenses and forecast financial outcomes.
• Analyze variances and provide recommendations to maintain cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for cost validation.
• Support management with periodic cost and performance reviews.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Transferable Iqama (for expatriates preferred).
