Cost controller

Support month-end processes, coordinate month-end accruals to Accounting, provide inventory valuation report

Support on a timely basis data management in different planning and reporting systems & tools

Weekly prepare cost accounting records, implementing cost control procedures

Ensure efficient communication with all key interfaces, other business partners

Maintain prices in the system, Food & Beverages (F&B), cleaning materials

Outlet Revenue

Issues, on a daily basis, food cost reports, provides relevant information regarding unusual movements or results

Updates menu costing and issues food potential cost reports for each outlet as directed

Spot checks the outlets on a daily basis, during working hours

urgent requirement - Arabic speaker is an advantage

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Cost controller: 2 years (Preferred)
