Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller with strong experience in the F&B sector to manage and monitor costs, ensure accurate inventory control, and support financial efficiency across operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Qatar’s market, supplier network, and cost structures within the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control food & beverage costs in line with budget targets

Conduct regular stock audits, inventory checks, and variance analysis

Analyse daily consumption, wastage, and stock movement

Prepare cost reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and highlight discrepancies

Review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier pricing for accuracy

Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to optimize cost efficiency

Develop and maintain standard recipes and portion control measures

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Support menu engineering and pricing strategies based on cost analysis

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field

Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Cost Controller in F&B sector in Qatar

Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control procedures

Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Good understanding of local supplier market and pricing trends in Qatar

Advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
