Cost Controller (Retail)

We are looking for a Cost Controller to support margin management, pricing accuracy, and inventory control across our retail operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how retail works on the ground, from stock movement and shrinkage to pricing strategy and profitability.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor product margins and overall profitability
• Manage inventory costing, stock accuracy, and movement
• Ensure correct pricing across store and online platforms
• Analyze costs, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Support promotions and product pricing decisions
• Work closely with operations, store, and finance teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in retail cost control/inventory/finance
• Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and stock management
• Good with Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness

Nice to Have

• Exposure to collectibles, resale products, or trading card games (TCG)
• Understanding of how market demand impacts pricing
