  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and returns of MEP materials.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions when needed.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
  • Material Handling
  • Issue and receive materials according to project requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of tools and equipment.
  • Track material movement between warehouse and project sites.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate daily/weekly stock reports using MS Excel or ERP systems.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.
  • Coordination
  • Work closely with site engineers and project managers to forecast material needs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, procurement, and site teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Typically 3–5 years in MEP or construction projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Bright systems, and basic inventory software.
  • Other Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective communication.
