- Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, and returns of MEP materials.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions when needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
- Material Handling
- Issue and receive materials according to project requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of tools and equipment.
- Track material movement between warehouse and project sites.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports using MS Excel or ERP systems.
- Maintain documentation for compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.
- Coordination
- Work closely with site engineers and project managers to forecast material needs.
- Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, procurement, and site teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 3–5 years in MEP or construction projects.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Bright systems, and basic inventory software.
- Other Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective communication.
