We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Keeper with a strong background in handling technological equipment such as ELV, IT systems, and networking components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, and maintaining proper storage and issuance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods and verify items against invoices or purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage, discrepancies, and compliance with specifications.
- Organize and store materials in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
- Issue goods to departments as requested and ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain updated data on quantities, specifications, serial numbers, and expiry dates.
- Notify management of items nearing expiration or requiring replenishment.
- Coordinate returns of damaged/incorrect goods and manage replacements or repairs.
- Liaise with procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a store keeper, preferably in ELV, IT, or networking equipment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse practices.
- Familiarity with stock tracking software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC is mandatory.
1 year of experience in GCC country
Hotels, supermarkets, or catering experience is a
must
