About the Role

We are hiring a Cost Estimator to join our team in Lahore (Johar Town) for ongoing Australian construction projects. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project documentation, and coordinating with our international team to ensure precise and cost-effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for Australian construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams to collect and verify cost data.
• Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering solutions.
• Maintain accurate cost databases and estimation records following Australian standards.
• Support tender submissions, budgeting, and project cost control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying (experience with Australian projects preferred).
• Proficiency in estimation tools/software such as CostX, Planswift, or MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Australian construction practices and building codes (advantageous).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently during night hours.
