Cost Estimator -Events and Exhibition Stands

We are looking for an Estimator with strong experience in the Events & Exhibitions sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for exhibition stands, event setups, and production projects while ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for events, exhibitions, and stand fabrication.

Source and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Coordinate with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure feasibility.

Provide accurate proposals and quotations within tight deadlines.

Maintain updated cost databases and supplier relations.

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in estimation within events, exhibitions, or fit-out sector.

Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, AV, and event production.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (3D software knowledge is an advantage).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
