Cost Manager –Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Large Scale Infrastructure Projects – Tier 1 Main Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Cost Manager to oversee commercial operations across large scale Infrastructure projects with a renowned Tier 1 Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle detailed cost reporting, including monthly budget vs actuals & management accounts.
• Maintain oversight of project financials, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure alignment with delivery targets.
• Support procurement and contract administration, including evaluation of subcontractor packages, variation orders, and claims.
• Collaborate with site teams and project leadership to ensure cost strategies are integrated with construction planning and execution.
• Provide commercial insights and risk assessments to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field; professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management ideally within large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Pure main contractor background required – candidates with consultancy only experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of cost control systems, commercial contracts (e.g., FIDIC), and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in the GCC construction market, with Saudi Arabia exposure highly advantageous.
