Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Drive end-to-end execution of complex, high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in regular working groups, leading discussions and aligning internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Card Processing) on new product strategy and pricing implementation.

  • Proactively manage stakeholder alignment, establishing realistic expectations and enforcing rigorous adherence to critical path deadlines to mitigate risk.

  • Demonstrate exceptional autonomy and self-motivation, confidently owning the end-to-end lifecycle of complex tasks from initial analysis to production deployment.

  • Design and execute comprehensive, multi-variable testing scenarios for new product launches and pricing updates to ensure accuracy and operational integrity prior to deployment.

  • Drive the creation of impactful reporting metrics and dashboards, providing key data and insights to support managerial decision-making.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, exhibiting a high degree of agility and adaptability to successfully manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

  • Formulate and present data-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to influence strategic business decisions.

  • Actively contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for the New Products team, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations.

  • Maintain deep industry expertise, proactively tracking regulatory shifts and emerging trends in the global payments landscape to inform and anticipate future business needs.

  • Be a culture driver, actively promoting an environment of high engagement, continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Act as a knowledge bridge, providing expert support and targeted upskilling/training to adjacent teams (e.g., Commercial, Operations, Sales) on complex scheme fee dynamics.

  • Develop and maintain best-in-class Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, serving as the knowledge base for the team's critical functions.

  • Govern the knowledge repository, ensuring all critical documentation and process flows are current, accessible, and accurately reflect the live environment.

  • Mentor and actively coach junior team members, overseeing their deliverables and facilitating their technical and professional growth along with and with the preliminary review of outputs from analysts in the team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in the payment industry in the Card Schemes pricing domain and/or in high-volume transaction environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with motivation to find end-to-end solutions

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and sometimes shifting priorities

  • Willingness to take the initiative and continuously learn

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL

  • Experience BI tools, JIRA, Retool is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Analytics or Project Management

  • Fluency in English, and superb communication skills at all levels

  • Knowledge of Interchange and Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage
