Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to manage project costs, budgets, and financial performance within construction projects. The ideal candidate will monitor expenditures, track project progress, and ensure that costs are controlled in line with company and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in cost control for construction/building projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and project financial reporting
• Experience with cost control software and MS Office tools
• Ability to prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and project delivery methods
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to budgets
• Review contracts, change orders, and variations for financial impact
• Support decision-making by providing timely cost information
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements
