Costing and Budgeting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with all business units.
• Perform variance analysis between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results, identifying key drivers and insights.
• Support manager in financial planning, cost control, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in sales, expense, and profitability analysis by product, division, or region.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain) to gather and validate financial data.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in reporting and maintain proper documentation.
• Participate in budget review meetings and provide analytical support for decision-making.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: MBA / M.Com / ACCA / CMA (Part Qualified) / BBA (Finance)
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in Budgeting and Financial Planning (preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG/Pharma setup).
• Skills Required:

o Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

o Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics preferred)

o Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills

o Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
