Cotton Sales Manager

Gaziantep, Turkey

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, account management, and market expansion for cotton products in the Turkish and/or Vietnamese markets.
  • Build and deepen industrial channel cooperation while managing risk to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Develop and manage upstream supplier relationships, overseeing both spot and futures cotton business.
  • Explore and implement supply chain business opportunities in line with market demand.
  • Work with spinning mills (downstream customers) to meet their production needs and support long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends for opportunities in price difference trading (e.g., purchasing cotton for storage and resale at favorable market prices).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in international trade, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the cotton or cotton yarn industry.
  • Proven ability to independently develop customers; must have existing downstream customer resources (spinning mills with annual output of over 50,000 spindles).
  • Upstream cotton resources are an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Positive attitude, results-driven, and able to work independently with high accountability.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in Chinese or English; proficiency in both is highly preferred.
