Job Description:

To enhance the business revenue of the center by understanding the needs of the patients , pitching them the right product and converting them to undertake appropriate surgical procedure .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a sound understanding of the Eye-Q business model

2. Establish a clear understanding of the revenue targets and align efforts to achive the same in collaboration with the Surgeon

3. Understand patient's needs and clinical advice by the consultant to counsel patient for appropriate surgical procedure (based on quality of vision and affordibility)

4. Revenue Enhancement: - conversion of relevant patients to surgeries & procedures.

5. Daily capture all relevant details in product counselling form and submit in CRM.

6. Suggest suitable date for surgical procedure and obtain confirmation from the patients .

7. Ensure surgery schedule done in Eyetech by PREs

8. Follow up with the surgery patients and pipeline patients

9. Explaining the pre op , post op instructions and guiding the patients for existing schemes and program

10. Follow the process of second opinion to increase the conversion

11.Explain about the Post op Teleconsultation benefits to the patients

12.Manage any dissatisfaction of surgery patients and guide and refer to their Oms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
