Clinical & Financial Counsellor – Job Description (Short)

Role Purpose:
To provide comprehensive clinical and financial counselling to patients and families, ensuring clear understanding of treatment plans, costs, and hospital processes, while supporting informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
• Provide financial counselling on packages, estimates, billing, and payment policies
• Ensure informed consent and patient understanding before procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and administration
• Maintain accurate clinical and financial counselling documentation
• Handle patient queries, follow-ups, and treatment coordination
• Support transparency, ethical practices, and patient confidence

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
